From Our Wellness Journal: Recipe to relieve muscle soreness
- 10 drops of Frankincense Oil
- 10 drops of Lavender Oil
- 5 drops of Tea Tree Oil
Add specified drops of each oil to a dark glass bottle (preferably amber or cobalt blue) and shake the bottle to mix thoroughly.
Mix 2-3 drops of the essential oil blend with a carrier oil (Sweet Almond Oil, Coconut Oil or Jojoba Oil) in your hand. Gently massage the mixture onto sore muscles, applying moderate pressure for best results.
